Our Provincial Coach will be in St. Brieux on Thursday October 30th.
We have worked on: Ukemi-waza - (breakfalls) Principle of Dynamics, Basic Judo terminology, guidelines, Contest rules, etc. Nage-waza - (throws) Osae-komi-waza - (holds & escapes) Shime- Waza - strangles Kansetsu - Waza - arm locks Nage No Kata - Demonstration Gripping, Uchikomi, Randori, Effective Fitness, Fun Games, and so on... Self Improovement: "Understanding that people are created in all different sizes and physiques not all techniques can be applied to another persons. Therefore we will adapt... Our main objective is to improove with what we are given through maximum efficiency".

Bring sweats, a long sleeve shirt, water bottle, and a smile if your trying us out.
We offer 2 free classes and you can start any time, the regularJudo season runs from September until the end of April. Class times are started at 6:30 pm Mondays & Thursdays if you are a beginner come at 6:30 please. If your returning to the St. Brieux Judo Club or have done Judo previously, bring your Judo Gi (Uniform) and a water bottle and whatever else you use for practice.
